CICPA held
her 5th National Congress on November
25&26 in Beijing. Minister of Finance, Mr. Xuren
Xia delivered an important speech in the Congress
advocating a rapid growth of Chinese CPA to serve
the social & economic development goals set
forth in “the Twelfth 5-Year Plan”. A new
governing body has been elected in the congress with
Mr. Yong Li, the Vice Minister of Finance, elected
as the Chairman of CICPA.
Our Managing
Director, Mr. Yifeng (Frank) Fang, had the honor to
attended the Congress as a representative of our
firm as well as a representative member from
Shanghai CICPA.
