    上海琳方工程造价咨询有限公司成立于2003年9月，专门从事工程造价咨询、招标代理、商务咨询。现有工程、经济专业技术人员19人，其中：中、高级以上职称16人，注册造价工程师15人，注册工程师（招标）8人。本公司现有专业技术人员都有十年以上工程造价管理经验。

    主要业务：针对有关土建、装饰、安装、房修、市政、园林绿化、公用管线、水利、民防等工程建设项目进行造价咨询、招标代理。具体包括以下几个类别：项目管理；项目评估；设计阶段概算；编制施工图预算或工程量清单、标底、投标报价；勘察、设计、施工监理、施工招标代理；施工阶段全过程造价控制；工程造价审核；政府采购代理等。

(LFCE) is a professional consulting firm consisting of experienced technical staff of more than 10 years construction cost management background. LFCE obtained the Construction Engineering Consulting Grade B qualification certificate issued by Shanghai Construction Administration Committee and the PRC Government Purchase Agency Grade B qualification certificate issued by Shanghai Finance Bureau.

     The main business covers project costing consulting for architecture construction, decoration, installation, building repair, city planning, infrastructure, water conservancy, civil aerial defense etc. The services involve in project evaluation, budget control at design stage, budget for shop drawings and project quantity list; tendering quotation, bidding agent of project survey, design, supervision and construction; project whole-process costing control; construction engineering audit; government purchase agent etc.
